The Level 3 Team Leading Apprenticeship is designed for individuals in first-line management roles who are responsible for leading teams and delivering defined outcomes. It provides a comprehensive foundation in leadership and management principles, helping apprentices develop the confidence, competence, and strategic thinking required to guide teams effectively and contribute to organisational success.

EPA / Apprenticeship Assessment

  • Presentations with questions
  • Professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio of evidence
  • Apprentices can also work towards Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English, if not already exempt
