A very helpful and informative course that will help me in my work life. Also, it's the first time I've done a course at home, and I really enjoyed it although it was more work than I originally anticipated.

It will be helpful in my employed and voluntary roles and has encouraged me to consider further studies in this area.

It has helped me understand how to be mindful of children and will help me as my son grows up.
