Delivered over 15 months, this apprenticeship equips learners with the essential knowledge and practical skills to support children's welfare, care, and development in a safe and inclusive environment. Apprentices will learn how to work in partnership to meet individual needs, identify safeguarding and child protection concerns, contribute to planning and organising activities, and promote children's well-being.

Working with children is highly rewarding. There is nothing more exciting than providing a Loving, Educational and Fun environment to children on a daily basis. This is not just “a job”, it’s a rewarding, meaningful, fulfilling career. You get to play an important role in shaping these little’s people foundation of life. Your daily tasks will include:
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
Working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month – NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including risk management, key person & attachment, learning & development, and more! You will be given a minimum of 3 hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3 hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.
