What do you do in the business?

I lead on safeguarding, manage partnerships, and ensure contracts are delivered effectively while supporting teams to achieve positive outcomes for learners. I bring over 22 years of experience in the post-16 education sector and currently serve as both the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Partnership Manager. My role involves overseeing partnership management, monitoring contract performance, and building strong relationships to secure the best possible results for learners.
