What do you do in the business?
I’m a Marketing Manager with over 13 years of experience, and I focus on building integrated, data-driven marketing strategies that bring brands and communities together. Most of my work has been in the Recruitment and Education sectors, where I plan and deliver campaigns that connect content, digital channels, automation, and analytics to create clear, measurable impact. I also really enjoy mentoring my team and supporting their development, because a strong and supportive team makes all the difference.
What’s your background?
My background blends hands-on marketing experience with a strong interest in technology and how it can streamline and scale our work. I love exploring new tools, platforms, and integrations that make marketing smarter and more efficient — whether that’s automation, improved tracking, CRM workflows, or better user journeys. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me at my allotment, where gardening gives me the chance to switch off and reset.
What’s the best piece of careers advice you’ve received or given?
The best advice I’ve taken on board and share all the time comes from The Squiggly Career. It highlights that careers don’t need to follow one straight path and that exploring new skills and directions is not only okay but often the key to growth. Staying curious and open to change has shaped many of my career choices and helped me build a skill set I genuinely enjoy.
